Ekho Farkas is no stranger to challenges: in 2014, he has been recreating Benczúr Gyula's 2D painting of the 19th century masterpiece "Budavár Repossession” in LightWave 3D. Recently, he took on a much bigger challenge! For the 450th anniversary of the siege of Szigetvár, he decided to recreate in 3D Johann Peter Krafft’s 2D painting of the 1566 Siege of Szigetvár, a key event of the Ottoman–Habsburg wars. See the shot breakdown and discover how Farkas recreated his own version of this masterpiece in LightWave 3D.
